Absolutely perfect and lovely position, we greatly enjoyed staying here.
Location: the hotel was not far from Trentham Gardens, National Trust places and shopping centre, Liverpool, and supermarkets. Luckily it was close to Jay's Cafe, had pastries there when it was cold outside.

All in all, it was good choice for travelling to Stoke-on-Trent. The hotel had perfect and good location right by town centre, Trentham Gardens, and a residential area. Moreover, it was 3 km from Etruria Industrial Museum.

Marvellous and lovely location close enough to London and Liverpool, and the Sutherland Arms, I felt safe. I was given a spotless room with large bathrooms, safe and a well-equipped kitchen.
The staff - some of them were quite busy.

Came with my pets, everything was brand-new. Everyone was absolutely friendly and superfriendly. The breakfast offered coffee, toast, and jam. The hotel's position was unbeatable, to the football at Stoke's Bet 365 Stadium. Besides, I were close to town centre, Trentham Gardens, National Trust places and shopping centre, and the Sutherland Arms.

The location was central, short walk to the pub, the outskirts of town centre and the centre of Stoke. There was a wide array of food for breakfast, including coffee, toast, and jam.

The hotel was lovely and in a central location so close to Monkey Forest, and Stoke-on-Trent. Café Jay's Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. We got deluxe king room with very comfortable bed and appreciated it.

Excellent place for exploring Stoke-on-Trent. Croissants, toast, cereals and chocolate available for breakfast. Units with touches like teddy bears so welcoming. Friendliness from the whole staff. Unbeatable central location and outstandingly helpful staff.

Spent my time lovely here, I truly enjoyed the place. I was happy, the deluxe king room I booked came with coffee as well as tea. A microwave, an electric kettle and fridges were a big plus. The location was absolutely perfect in a residential area and met expectations. It was good to be 1 km away from Kfc, serving short-orders.
